Where are you located?
We are based in the Netherlands. This is also from where we ship all orders as fast as we can!
Can you help me decide what I need for my location?
Of course! We have an experienced Expert-team ready to answer your questions over email, in our Discord server (click here to join), or we can schedule a phone call if that's preferred.
If I order a pre-order product, will you send all my products at once?
Yes. Depending on the expected delivery time, we will try to ship all your products in one parcel. There are some exceptions where we may offer to ship your products seperately.
Can I return my product?
As long as your products are in unused, packaged state you can send us an email at hello@hntexpert.com to request a return label. If there are no defects with your product, you will be asked to pay for the return shipping costs (to be deducted from the refund amount). Please make sure to check the Refund Policy to make sure your product is eligable for return.
I have a problem with my products (missing or damaged product), what should I do?
If you have a problem with your package, such as a missing or damaged-in-transit product, send us an email at hello@hntexpert.com and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
My question is not answered in the FAQ, where do I direct my inquiries?
